Hot Gin Toddy

• 2 ounces gin
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Few drops of Angostura bitters
• Boiling water
• Garnish: slice of lemon

1. In a tumbler or china mug, mix together the gin, sugar, and bitters.
2. Fill the glass with boiling water and garnish the drink with a slice of lemon.
