Santa Fe Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine rice, beans and peppers in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix soup, water and cilantro; pour over rice mixture.
  4. Top with chicken and salsa.
  5. Bake 45 min.
  6. or until chicken is done (165F), topping with cheese for the last 10 min.
