Dr Frankenstein's Compost

• 1 head cauliflower
• 1 head lettuce
• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 1 medium avacado, diced
• 1/2 packages bacon, fried and crumbled
• 2 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
• 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
• 3 hard boiled egg, sliced and decorared like eyeballs
• 1 can black olives, drained and sliced (use a few for center of egg eyes)
• 1 red food coloring
• 1 ranch dressing

1. using a tooth pick, add red food coloring to cauliflower head to resemble a brain.
2. place in the center of large serving bowl
3. add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, green onion, bacon, chicken, and blue cheese crumbles to bowl, keeping cauliflower brain the center focus.
4. draw lines on sliced eggs with toothpick and red food coloring.
5. place sliced black olive in the center of each yolk.
6. place egg slices on top of salad.
7. serve with ranch dressing on the side.
