Cauliflower Rye Casserole

  1. Pour beer and let sit until completely flat.
  2. Dry bread cubes on a baking sheet in a 300F oven until browned, making sure they do not burn!
  3. Saute cauliflower in butter with the caraway seeds, until just tender.
  4. Combine with bread and cheese and spread in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients with reserved beer in a blender and pour over casserole.
  6. Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes, until browned and puffy.
