Glowing Goblin Cut-Outs

  1. Combine 1 cup flour and all remaining cookie ingredients in bowl.
  2. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  3. Stir in remaining flour.
  4. Divide dough in half.
  5. Shape each half into a ball; flatten slightly.
  6. Wrap each half in plastic food wrap.
  7. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm.
  8. Heat oven to 350F.
  9. Roll out dough on well-floured surface, one-half at a time (keeping remaining dough refrigerated), to 1/8-inch thickness.
  10. Cut into desired shapes with 2 1/2-inch cookie cutters.
  11. Place 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets.
  12. Sprinkle with decorator sugars, if desired.
  13. Bake 7-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  14. Cool completely.
  15. Decorate with icing or gel, if desired.
