Best Ever Zucchini Bread

• 2 cups grated zucchini
• 3 cups flour
• 1-3/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. baking powder
• 3/4 cup apple sauce
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp. vanilla

1. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl Combine zucchini, apple sauce, eggs, oil and vanilla in a separate bowl.
2. Mix well Add dry ingredients mix well Grease 2 loaf pans pour even into each one Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean
