The Incredible Blue Cheeseburger
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cups Freshly-crumbled Danish Blue Cheese
- 1 whole Onion, Grated Over A Micro-plane Grater
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- 1 clove Garlic, Pressed
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt (or More To Taste)
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- Place all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Shape into 5 rather large and thick burgers, making a tiny indentation in the center of each burger.
- Place onto an oiled, preheated grill (if using hardwood charcoal, wait for the coals to be covered with a layer of white ash), and grill on both sides until well-browned on the outside but still somewhat pink in the center.
- Serve inside a toasted bun with a slice of onion, tomato, and lettuce, and a side of oven fries or potatoes of your choice.
