Aloo Gobi (Potatoes With Cauliflower) Recipe

  1. Saute/fry the onions, garlic, and ginger in skillet.
  2. Add in the almonds and all the spices except the garam masala and saute/fry about 3 min.
  3. Add in the tomatoes, potatoes, and cauliflower with 1 c. water and simmer till the vegetables are tender and the sauce is thick, abotu 15-20 min.
  4. Add in the garam masala and serve.
