The Big Crunch
- 3 cups Buttermilk
- 1/2 cups Hot Sauce
- 2 pounds Chicken Wings
- 1 cup Panko Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Cornmeal
- 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 pinches Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- First mix the buttermilk and the hotsauce together.
- Add the chicken wings.
- Toss to coat.
- Leave the wings to marinate in the buttermilk for at least one hour to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Then coat each wing and put on a cookie sheet with a rack.
- Bake for 1 hour until nice and brown.
