Spring Rolls with BBQ-Hoisin Dipping Sauce
- Spring Rolls
- 2 qt. napa cabbage, shaved
- 1 qt. cucumbers, julienne cut
- 1 qt. cooked cleaned small shrimp, cut lengthwise in half Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1 qt. red peppers, chopped
- 3/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. gingerroot, peleed, minced
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 cup KRAFT Oriental Sesame Dressing
- to taste salt and black pepper
- 24 each rice paper rolls (7-1/2 inch)
- BBQ- Hoisin Dipping Sauce
- 1 qt. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- Spring Rolls: Combine all ingredients except rice paper rolls.
- BBQ-Hoisin Dipping Sauce: Mix all ingredients.
- For each serving: Moisten 1 rice paper roll as directed on package.
- Spoon about 3/4 cup cabbage mixture down center; roll up tightly, tucking ends in as you roll to completely enclose filling.
- Cut diagonally in half.
- Serve with 1/4 cup BBQ-Hoisin Dipping Sauce.
