Spring Rolls with BBQ-Hoisin Dipping Sauce

  1. Spring Rolls: Combine all ingredients except rice paper rolls.
  2. BBQ-Hoisin Dipping Sauce: Mix all ingredients.
  3. For each serving: Moisten 1 rice paper roll as directed on package.
  4. Spoon about 3/4 cup cabbage mixture down center; roll up tightly, tucking ends in as you roll to completely enclose filling.
  5. Cut diagonally in half.
  6. Serve with 1/4 cup BBQ-Hoisin Dipping Sauce.
