Mushroom Noodlecini

  1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
  2. Melt butter in a large pan and add onion, garlic and mushrooms.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Add all other ingredients and mix well (use a whisk for the flour).
  5. Continue cooking until well mixed and completely cooked, about 10-15 more minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked fettucini.
  7. Sprinkle with scallions or parsley for garnish.
