Blender Pop Up Bread Recipe
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- Blend all ingredients except flour for 2-3 min.
- Stir blended ingredients into flour.
- Let rise 1 1/2 hour.
- Grease 2 (1 lb.)
- coffee cans and divide dough between the 2 cans.
- Cover with greased lids and allow to rise till lids pop off.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min.
