Mom's Stuffing Recipe
- 8 slices stale bread
- Celery, 2 stalks
- Onion, 1 large
- Giblets from bird
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper
- 10 unsalted crackers
- Poultry seasoning
- 1 egg
- Cook giblets in water till soft.
- Chop celery, onion and giblets in blender.
- (Save water from cooked giblets.)
- In a bowl combine giblet mix and remaining ingredients.
- Moisten with water from cooked giblets to desired moisture.
- Stuff and cook bird as directed.
