Mom's Stuffing Recipe

  1. Cook giblets in water till soft.
  2. Chop celery, onion and giblets in blender.
  3. (Save water from cooked giblets.)
  4. In a bowl combine giblet mix and remaining ingredients.
  5. Moisten with water from cooked giblets to desired moisture.
  6. Stuff and cook bird as directed.
