Pineapple Sweet Potato Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes in to chunks.
  3. Cut round steak into chunks.
  4. Mix 3 cups of water and 1 cup of pineapple juice into bottom of casserole dish.
  5. Mix in two cups of rice.
  6. Mix sweet potato, steak and pepper into dish.
  7. Cook for 50 minutes.
  8. Add pineapple pieces.
  9. Cook 15 minutes or until liquid is all absorbed.
