Sausage Stuffed Thighs Recipe
- 4 oven stuffer roaster boneless thighs
- 4 breakfast sausage links, precooked
- Salt and freshly grnd pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tbsp. fresh minced parsley
- Flour
- 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
- Seasoned bread crumbs
- Saute/fry sausages in skillet 5 min, turning with tongs.
- Open thighs flat and sprinkle the inside with equal amounts of salt, pepper, oregano and parsley.
- Place 1 sausage in center of each thigh and roll up.
- Dust each thigh with flour and holding thigh together with sausage inside, carefully dip in Large eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
- Place in baking pan in preheated 350 degree oven and bake 1 hour.
