- 8 ounce CREAM CHEESE,SOFTENED
- 2 Tbsp. PARSLEY,FRESH,Minced
- 2 Tbsp. BRANDY Or possibly COGNAC
- 1 x GARLIC CLOVE,FINELY Minced
- 1/3 c. SESAME SEED, TOASTED
- BEAT BLUE CHEESE, CREAM CHEESE, PARSLEY, BRANDY AND GARLIC IN SMALL BOWL ON LOW SPEED Till SMOOTH.
- COVER AND Chill ABOUT 6 Hrs Or possibly Till Hard.
- JUST BEFORE SERVING, SHAPE CHEESE Mix INTO A BALL; ROLL IN SESAME SEED.
- GARNISH WITH Minced PARSELY If you like.
