sig's Kisir ( Turkish Bulgur Patties)

  1. drain the for one hour in boiling water soaked bulgur and squeeze dry, add the chopped.
  2. ingredients tomato puree and olive oil.
  3. Knead the mixture by hand and season to taste.
  4. leave to sit until ready to use it
  5. take a small amount into your hand and press into little bite-size balls.
  6. Make an indent with your finger, place on a lettuce leaf.
  7. Serve with lemon-.
  8. To eat squeeze the lemon juice into the indentaxiom and eat together with the lettuce leaf.
  9. I personally use pomegranate juice.
  10. Both juices are used in Turkey.
  11. These are nice with grilled fish or meat as well as in their own.
  12. serves 4-6 depending on the size
