Italian Wedding Soup

  1. Sweat veg.
  2. (except spinach) In olive oil for 5 min.
  3. Add salt and pepper, garlic, italian seasoning, and bayleaf.
  4. Add ground turkey to brown.
  5. Break up.
  6. Add onion soup mix and parsley.
  7. Add quart of chicken broth and spinach.
  8. Add water to cover.
  9. Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes.
  10. Add pasta.
  11. Simmer for 10 more minutes, and enjoy.
  12. I use 6 qt pot to make soup
