Three Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Poach the chicken in a pot of boiling water until cooked about 15-17 minutes.
  3. When done remove the chicken from the water using a slotted spoon.
  4. Use two forks to shred the chicken.
  5. In an 8x8 glass baking dish layer the chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese, Buffalo sauce, half of the cheddar and all of the sour cream.
  6. Put the rest of the cheddar on top and bake at 375 F for twenty minutes.
  7. Serve with celery sticks.
