Cherry Vanilla Bean Milkshake
- 10 ounces cherries fresh or frozen, about 2 1/4 cups
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream or vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 cup milk, skim
- 1 each vanilla bean
- Place 10 ounces frozen cherries, 1 cup of low-fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt and 1 cup of skim milk in a blender.
- Split a vanilla bean in half and use the tip of a sharp knife to scape all the black paste from inside one half into the blender.
- (If you don't have any vanilla bean, you can just use 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract).
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve.
