Blackberry & Peach Salsa
- 2 cups Fresh Blackberries (rinsed And Dried On Paper Towels)
- 2 whole Fresh Peaches (pitted, Peeled, Diced Finely)
- 2 leaves Fresh Mint, Finely Chopped
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 pinches Allspice
- In a mixing bowl add blackberries and peaches and gently toss to combine.
- Add fresh mint through allspice and gently mix together.
- Refrigerate overnight in an airtight container for best results.
- I just used this salsa on top of baked chicken tenders.
- It was so delicious.
