Country Salisbury steak

• 1 packages stove top chicken stuffing
• 1 1/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup diced onion
• 1 1/2 lb ground beef or vension
• 1 salt and pepper as desired

1. preheat oven to 375
2. mix meat, stuffing mix, water, and onions in a bowl
3. mix until well blended
4. shape into 6 oval shaped patties
5. place on cookie sheet
6. bake for 25 mins or so...
