Fran'S Chicken Liver Pate

  1. Put onion, garlic and egg in blender.
  2. Cover and process for 1 minute at high speed.
  3. Add chicken livers; cover and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; cover and blend at high speed 2 more minutes until smooth.
  5. Pour into well-buttered 2-cup souffle dish; cover with foil.
  6. Set in pan of hot water.
  7. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325u0b0.
  8. Remove foil; cool.
  9. Cover and chill overnight.
