Chicken Fried Rice
- 3 cup Cooked chicken
- 2 cup long grain rice (or 3 1/2 cups instant)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 envelope Onion soup mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 3 1/2 cup water
- Combine all ingredients into a roasting pan or dutch oven.
- Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350F
- If you wish you can substitute the chicken for another meat.
