Fat Girls Chicken n Stuffing
- 2 pieces Your Favorite Cut Of Chicken (I Like To Use The Breast)
- 1 can Cream Of Whatever Soup (I Like Cream Of Chicken But Cream Of Mushroom Is Really Good Too)
- 1 box Stovetop Stuffing Mix
- Milk
- Favorite Seasonings
- Butter
- -Set oven to 350
- -Coat a casserole dish with a thin layer of butter to prevent the stuffing from sticking.
- -Mix most of the stuffing (save a handful to top the chicken), 2/3 of the cream of whatever soup and 1/2 cup of milk in a bowl.
- -Evenly spread the mixture in the casserole dish.
- -Mix the remainder of the soup mix and 1/2 milk mix together.
- Add favorite seasonings.
- -Dip chicken in the mixture then set on the stuffing.
- -Spoon the soup/milk mixture over the chicken.
- -Coat chicken with remaining stuffing crumbs.
- -Cover with foil and put in oven for 40 minutes
- -Take off foil and bake for another 10 minutes
- -Enjoy!
