Asian Mushroom Appetizer Recipe

  1. Put mushrooms, water, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic into a saucepan with a tight-fitting lid; cover and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer about 15 min.
  3. Uncover and simmer till the liquid is reduced by half.
  4. Add in pepper and a splash of sesame oil.
  5. Toss with parsley.
  6. Serve with toothpicks.
  7. This recipe yields 6 servings.
