Maple Chocolate Nut Fudge

  1. Put the butter,sugars,syrup,chocolate& cream in saucepan.
  2. While stirring constantly,cook to 240,or to soft ball stage.
  3. Remove from heat,add in the coconut,beating until mixture is creamy.
  4. Pour into buttered pans,sprinkle nuts over top.
  5. Let cool before cutting into pieces.
