Sliced Steak with Bold Pepper Sauce

  1. Saute peppers in oil in large skillet 5 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in steak sauce and sherry.
  4. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  5. Keep warm.
  6. Grill steak over medium-high heat 4 to 6 min.
  7. on each side for medium doneness (160F).
  8. Cut into thin slices; keep warm.
  9. For each serving: Plate 3 oz.
  10. sliced steak; top with about 1/3 cup of the steak sauce mixture.
