Baked Bacon-Wrapped Filled Mushrooms
- 1- 1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cups Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 24 whole Large White Button Mushrooms, Wiped Clean With Damp Paper Towels, Remove Stems
- 12 slices Hickory Smoked Bacon (cut In Half)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix grated mozzarella and feta cheeses together and fill each mushroom cavity full.
- Take a half slice of bacon and wrap around filled mushroom.
- Place on baking sheet in a single row.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place each baked mushroom on top of paper towels to drain excess grease.
- Transfer to a serving platter.
- I usually have warmed marinara sauce in ramekins on the side, for dipping.
