French Stew
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry tapioca
- 2 onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms, UNDRAINED
- 12 cup red wine
- Combine all ingredients,.
- Bake for 4 hours uncovered at 300F, OR bake covered for 3 hours.
- Add more liquid if needed.
