French Stew

• 2 lbs beef stew meat
• 2 cups water
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons dry tapioca
• 2 onions, coarsely chopped
• 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
• 2 beef bouillon cubes
• 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms, UNDRAINED
• 12 cup red wine

1. Combine all ingredients,.
2. Bake for 4 hours uncovered at 300F, OR bake covered for 3 hours.
3. Add more liquid if needed.
