Banana and Jello Cake
- 2 kg Bananas
- 400 grams Jello powder
- 1 1/4 liter water
- 1 whole package plain biscuits (crackers if you're American)
- 1 packages whipped cream
- 100 ml milk
- Boil half of water, pour jello powder and stir.
- Take off heat then pour the rest of the water.
- Set aside.
- Prepare whipped cream following directions on the pack.
- Peel half the amount of bananas and cut vertically.
- In a rounded deep tray, spread a plastic sheet so the edges of the sheet come up to the edges of the tray.
- Place bananas so the rounded side would be down.
- Dip biscuits in milk for two seconds, place a layer on top of bananas.
- Cover completely.
- Spread whipped cream over the biscuits.
- Then place another layer of biscuits over the whipped cream.
- Peel the rest of bananas, cut vertically and place over biscuits, rounded side up.
- Pour jello on the sides of the tray, careful not to disturb the set.
- Place in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
- On a big plate, put the cake upside down.
- Take off plastic sheet.
- Enjoy!
