Peanut Butter Honey Refrigerator Cookies Recipe

• 2/3 c. peanut butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. honey
• 1 egg
• 2 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 c. minced peanuts

1. Mix peanut butter, sugar, honey and egg.
2. Fold in remaining ingredients.
3. Divide dough into halves; shape each half into roll about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
4. Wrap and chill at least 8 hrs.
5. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
6. Cut rolls into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices.
7. bake on ungreased cookie sheet till light brown, about 8 min.
8. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
9. Approximately 6 dozen cookies.
