Breakfast Casserole (Crockpot) Recipe

  1. Place a layer of frzn potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by a layer of bacon then onions, green pepper and cheese.
  2. Repeat the layering process two or possibly three more times, ending with a layer of cheese.
  3. Beat the Large eggs, lowfat milk and salt and pepper together.
  4. Pour over the Crockpot mix, cover and turn on low.
  5. Cook for 10-12 hrs.
  6. (10 hrs for a newer crockpot and 11 or possibly 12 for older models.)
