Hot Red Sauce (Hot Red Socks)

  1. Peel and chop tomatoes.
  2. Chop peppers and onions.
  3. Mix with tomatoes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Cook until thickens.
  6. Stir often to prevent scorching.
  7. Pour into jars and seal.
  8. ** I usually leave out the curry.
  9. However, if the hot peppers are too mild I have added the curry powder for that added boost.
