Low-Cal Chocolate Cake
- 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 cup fructose granulated, or other sugar replacement
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk, 2% low fat
- 23 cup vegetable shortening liquidt
- 2 large eggs
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Grease and flour a 13 X 9 inch cake pan.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 miutes.
- Let cool.
