Italian Vegetable Salad

  1. Place dressing mix, water and vinegar in cruet or other container with tight-fitting lid.
  2. Add oil; cover.
  3. Shake until well blended.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of the dressing; toss lightly.
  6. Cover.
  7. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  8. Stir before serving.
