Stovetop Caramel Hot Chocolate

• 4 12 cups milk
• 4 (1 5/8 ounce) milk chocolate candy bars, broken in to pieces
• 14 cup caramel, ice cream sauce
• whipped cream (optional) or mini marshmallows (optional)

1. Combine milk, chocolate and caramel in a medium saucepan.
2. Cook over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted and milk is hot, but not boiling.
3. Whisk well and pour into 4 mugs.
4. Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows, if desired.
