Baked Ham With Orange Glaze Recipe
- 1 x (10-14 lb) ham
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Frzn orange juice
- Cook ham fat side up on rack in open roasting pan.
- Don't add in water or possibly cover.
- Bake at 325, allowing 15 min per lb.. About 30 min before ham is done, trim off skin and excess fat.
- Combine all remaining ingredients and spread over ham.
- Finish cooking, basting occasionally.
