Smoked Chicken

  1. Start smoker and get it to 325.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients and season chicken.
  3. Put chicken in smoker and cook to internal temperature of 160
  4. Brush chicken with barbecue sauce of your choice and continue cooking until internal temperature of 165 is reached.
