STOVE TOP Stuffed Shrimp

• 2 lb. uncooked deveined peeled jumbo shrimp (about 24)
• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cut slit in underside of each shrimp.
3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
4. Add shrimp; cook and stir 5 min.
5. or until shrimp turn pink.
6. Place, slit-sides down, in shallow baking dish.
7. Prepare stuffing as directed on package; spoon onto shrimp.
8. Bake 5 min.
9. or until heated through.
