Shishito Pepper, Wiener Sausage, and Garlic Saute
- 20 Shishito peppers
- 5 Wiener sausages
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 pinch Natural salt
- 10 Whole Black Peppercorns
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Wash the Shishito peppers thoroughly.
- Remove the stems and poke a hole in the exposed area with a toothpick (this will prevent the peppers from exploding).
- Cut the wieners into halves lengthwise.
- Slice the garlic, and crush the peppercorns.
- Pour olive oil into a frying pan.
- Add sliced garlic and carefully saute over low heat.
- When the garlic releases its aroma, add wieners and continue to saute.
- Add the Shishito peppers to the pan and keep sauteing.
- Season lightly with the salt to taste.
- Sprinkle crushed black pepper.
- Turn off the heat, and serve.
