Crawfish (Cajun) Piquant

  1. saute onion, celery, garlic, and bell pepper.
  2. add tomato products and water..
  3. add s&p and old bays seasoning...
  4. allow to get hot... turn down to Med/ low and cook for 45 minutes.
  5. add crawfish and allow to cook for 30 more minutes..
  6. serve over rice...
  7. review said that tomato made it seem acidic .... add about 1 Tbsp of sugar to cut this.... taste ....add 1/2 tsp after that until u get the taste u want..... does not make sweet but it does cut through the tomato taste
