Kyrghyz manty

  1. Mix the flour with the egg and a little bit of water.
  2. Add water until it takes the consistency of a dough.
  3. Take the dough and create as many "squares" as you can.
  4. On an other side, cut the meat and the fat in little pieces.
  5. Now you can add some pepper, cayenne pepper (if you like spicy dishes ^^)and salt in the meat.
  6. Mix all the ingredients, you can use your hands ;)
  7. Add the onions slighty cut in your preparation.
  8. Now, take your squares of dough and put some meat in the middle of the square.
  9. Fold the corner to the center.
  10. And pinch two corners together.
  11. It may look like a manty (look at the photo behind)
  12. When all the mantys are ready, cook them usimg a steamer.
  13. At least 30min, check them frequently.
  14. You can serve them with a tomato sauce (spicy or not ^^)
