Creamy Apple Coleslaw for a Crowd

• 3 Red Delicious apples (1 lb.), cut into matchsticks
• 1-1/2 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Cashews
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
2. Mix mayo and cumin until blended.
3. Add to apple mixture; toss to evenly coat.
4. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
