Octoberfest Obatzda (Bavarian Cheese Spread)

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine Camembert, butter, spices, salt and pepper.
  2. Blend in cream.
  3. Refrigerate until chilled.
  4. Using an ice cream scoop, make mounds on a lettuce-lined plate.
  5. Garnish platter with onion, chives and tomato wedges.
  6. Serve with rye bread or pretzels.
