Parve/Vegan Cheese Wizz

  1. Heat broth in a pot until hot, but not boiling.
  2. Add nutritional yeast and stir until well mixed.
  3. Add all other ingredients.
  4. Season with additional salt, pepper and ketchup to taste.
  5. Continue heating until you reach the consistency you want.
  6. I usually add some corn starch to make it thicker.
  7. Serve hot over pasta, vegetables, toast, fries, chicken, etc.
