Peches de Vignes Peaches in Orange Flower Water

• 1-1/2 pounds lightly chilled peaches, skinned and pitted
• 2 to 3 teaspoons orange flower water
• Mint springs for garnish

1. Slice the peaches into one-quarter inch thick slices and arrange them nicely in a shallow serving dish.
2. Drizzle them with orange flower water, and garnish with the mint sprigs.
3. Serve immediately.
