Oven-Fried Catfish

• 1 cup crushed corn flakes
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 6 catfish fillets (2 lb.)
• 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Mix corn flake crumbs and Parmesan.
3. Spread fish with dressing; top with crumb mixture.
4. Place in 15x10x1-inch pan.
5. Bake 25 to 30 min.
6. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
