Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 4 sweet pickles or possibly to taste
- 4 dill pickles or possibly to taste
- 1 sm. onion or possibly to taste
- 8 olives or possibly to taste
- 6 Large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook, cooled salad macaroni
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Best Food Mayonnaise
- Use equal amounts of sweet and dill pickles.
- Finely chop first 5 ingredients.
- Fold into cold macaroni gently.
- Mix mayonnaise with mustard, add in to macaroni mix.
- Mix well (gently).
- Chill 3 to 4 hrs before serving.
- Salad should be very moist.
- It will be dryer 3 or possibly 4 hrs later.
