Soft And Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3 lg. Large eggs
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.
- Mix well and set aside.
- In large bowl, blend sugars using an electric mixer.
- Add in butter to create a grainy paste.
- Add in Large eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
- Beat at medium speed till light and fluffy.
- Add in flour mix and mix at low speed till just mixed.
- Drop by rounded Tbsp.
- onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- With a wet fork (be sure to dip fork in water after each cookie as dough is sticky), gently press a criss-cross pattern on top of cookie.
- Bake 9 to 12 min.
- Transfer immediately to a cold surface.
